Former St. John's guard Mikey Dixon is transferring to Grand Canyon. Averaged 5.9 PPG this season, but 16.5 as a freshman at Quinnipiac.

They're a Christian school, of course they're for profit. ;)

But seroiusly, no they're not. Back to a non profit recently.

Wonder if Mullie had a part in this as I'm sure he is familiar with their coach Dan Majerle from their NBA days.

Good move for him. They play in the WAC, and their out of conference schedule was significantly harder than ours. Seton Hall, Texas, Utah and Boise State among the teams played.

Seems like a bright kid and a nice kid. Looks like he will get a chance to play a lot of minutes. Really good comments by him and wish him the best

When we played GCU (either last year or the year before—-I’m getting old and too lazy to look it up) there were stories about Mullin and Majerle being friends. It I should likely Mullin put in a good word for GCU.
