Mike Zaun will post the same thing again.
People will complain about Mullin.
People will post we need Mike Rice.
People will ask what exactly does Mitch Richmond do.
Mike Zaun will post his gripe from the previous day.
Ponds will shoot and score a lot.
Figueroa will be very good.
Heron thing will not be decided until end of OOC schedule.
Heron will be ruled ineligible.
Mike Zaun will state his opinion "one final time".
People will complain about Mullin and our future even as we move closer to a rare NCAA bid.
We win 22 games.
We make tourney.
We lose in 1st round of tourney in some kind type of tortuous fashion.

Actually very funny, but don’t give the Board nightmares about Heron being ineligible. Please!
I think Mustapha plays, and, base case, think we go 12-1 OOC, 12-6, regular season BEC, with 2 losses each to Nova and ‘Quette, and 1 each to Providence and Butler (both away).
We win at least 2 games in the BET and are 26-8 on Selection Sunday. We go to the Sweet Sixteen, perhaps better.
Best case, bordering on fantasy, we go 13-0 OOC, and 13-5 in BEC, with win over ‘Quette at home. We win the BET and are 29-5 on Selection Sunday and go to the Final Four.
Either way, phenomenal seasons.
The roster, with Heron, demands as much.
And we should get 2-3 Top 100-Top 150 recruits.
Let the games begin.

If we were talking football I'd worry about unrealistic big jumps. Much easier to do it when only five guys are out there at once and you are potentially adding two big pieces.

Size won't be a huge issue if Clark can rebound. Easier said than done, since he really has no history of being a big rebounder, but he has the body for it. It's going to be a community effort, but if he gives us something we are in business.

Coaching-wise, I'm more worried about the years after this. I think this team can be great.

I’ve said it earlier before and I’ll say it again, This team will at minimum be a sweet sixteen team and at best a final four team.

I really love your optimism and I pray you are correct but we return 3 very good starters, 1 bench player, add 2 solid transfers, 1 highly rated jc player, and three freshman with potential. Heron has yet to be cleared. 22 wins before post season would be a very positive step and maybe we can squeak into the tourney. But final four ?

I'd be okay with the final four of the big east tournament.

22 regular season wins or something is broken, unless significant injuries occur.

With Heron and no major injuries, 12-1 OOC 12-6 or 13-5 in conference with at least two BE tourney wins and sweet 16. W/o Heron and given OOC schedule, we are a bubble team and hopefully squeeze in, but schedule will make it tough.

It wouldn't shock me if we floated with being a top 10 team at some point during the season, win the BET and have a very deep run in the tournament. I also wouldn't be surprised if we completely flame out and lose in the first round. Ponds could have a tremendous Kemba-like year.

I'm expecting something in between those 2 scenarios :)

If Heron is NOT eligible, we will come in 3rd in Big East and get an NCAA bid.

If Heron is eligible, we will compete with Villanova for 1st place in Big East and will get an NCAA bid with at least a 4/5 seed.
