Is this a serious question? Jarvis always had his rosters loaded with huge wings and bigs.

Cuffe was listed at 6’9 243. Abe the scumbag Keita was 6’11 225. Mo Diakate was 6’11 235. Curtis Johnson was 7’3 310. Anthony Glover was a refridgerator. Donald Emanuel, Alpha Bangura, Grady Reynolds, Eric King, Lamont Hamilton, Rodney Epperson...big boys.

Gerogetown trying to sneek back in here. Down to 14, still lots of time.

Seton Hall really will go as far as Powell takes them, but he can take them a very, very long way.

So this "anything can happen", "disregard the seed" Big East Tournament, is going to be sending it's first, second, third, and fourth seeds to the Tournament Semifinals.

And of the six games played, only Creighton-Xavier came down to the wire.

The narrative changed quickly.

Seton Hall will be moving on.

They have undeniably positioned themselves as the best local college hoops program. Simply put, that is not a good thing for St. John's.

If Willard were to win two NCAA games this year, he just might get himself a bigger job offer.

They have no impact on us. None. I live in Jersey. Surrounded by sports fans. I don’t know a single Seton Hall fan. The casual sports fan or die hard sports fan without a college team gravitates to us, Nova, Duke or someone else. It is why their fan base is so paranoid about any success that Rutgers may have.

They are having a nice run here and Powell is really fun to watch but no St John’s fan should worry about Seton Hall. Worry about our own program.

They are about to go dancing for the fourth consecutive year and won the Big East Tournament just three years ago.. That matters.

It matters for recruiting and it matters in relation to maintaining an active fan base.

And nobody in the media cares. SJU was ranked 24th this year and Chris Mullin was on sportscenter, The NY Times and multiple national publications.

Seton Hall is not a threat.
