That’s why we leave it up to the experts to make that decision.

Very similar ‘pains in the asses’ as LJSA poetically puts it.
McGriff seems to be a bit higher rated and is being recruited by a few more high majors than Anderson, but both seems very close otherwise and as MCNPA says, ‘that’s why we leave it to the experts.’

Glenn Anderson is a 5'9" PG who is VERY quick, smart, good passer & and has a smooth stroke on his J. He made Brooklyn Collegiate's offense a threat in every game. I saw him lead his team to victory over a tough, athletic Cardozo team in the PSAL play-offs. He has excellent grades & a qualifying SAT score. When I spoke to him he mentioned San Diego State as one of the schools recruiting him. Don't know his situation now, but would coach Anderson want TWO FRESHMAN 5'9" PGs on the roster ?

Doubt it. Hopefully they land a grad PG/SG like Thornton to help season McGriff and transition to the following year with a PG tandem of McG & Curbelo perhaps.

One thing Anderson use to do at Arkansas is kids that were local stars, but not quite at the high major level, he invited them to walk-on and gave them opportunity to compete for a scholarship in the future.

I noticed you guys mentioned Anderson had really good grades, I don't know much about the kid, does he seem like the type that would be interested in walking on and seeing if he could get some academic scholarships to cover some of the expenses and see if he can earn a scholarship for the following year?
