Thanks for the kind words SS&G
I really think that we could be a sleeper team and surprise some people this season
I like the talent base that we have and the versatility to play big or small effectively
If we can finish 5th or 6th in the BE, we could be knocking on the NCAA door
Let's hope!!
WE ARE ......................... ST JOHN'S!!!

Would be really disappointed if we don't make the tourney.. we have the talent. Just need to bring it together! Can't wait.

Seems like Bashir got the mesasage, and took the right steps to corrective action.

Hopefully he can translate all of this to real game situation...

Will be huge for us.

Marvin Clark sounds like a leader already, and a bright one at that:

“It’s just experience,” forward Marvin Clark II said. “JUCO to Division I are two different levels. He had to go through those growing pains. As a correlation of that, he’s grown from it tremendously, and he’s playing the game at a tremendous level.”

Ahmed playing under control is without a doubt a key to this season. Hope it works.

Has a decent outside shot but has to control his drives. It's as if he closes his eyes and flashes to the basket. Has to pull up with a floater when his defensive man beats him to the spot. Always liked his potential.

Local college basketball fans and SJU fans in particular have to appreciate the NY Post. They print more articles on college bb in a week than the News and Newsday print in a year.

I moved to Fl. Over 20 years ago. No MSG network. Before the internet , other than watching games on TV and at Miami, I would always read the Post for SJUBB news. Fortunately the Post was easy to get in south Florida. Today all the articles are linked to this site,
