On March 31st, St. John’s announced that Chris Mullin would return home to become the 20th head coach in program history. The next day, it became official as the school's all-time leading scorer was introduced to over 1,000 members of the media and university. 30 years after his historic playing career in Queens came to a close, Mullin took the floor on Utopia Parkway once again to address the electric crowd.
