Well, he did put our logo up 1st. I will hold on to any hope no matter how slim

Patrick
I realize this may be a longshot but it seems to me the current scandal my jolt recruits and their families to reconsider
and
perhaps select a more decent and safe choice such as St. John's
we shall see

There were some distinguished and daring Union Generals at Gettysburg including:
John Reynolds who died early on this battle and was replaced by another talented General Abner Doubleday;

Winfield Hancock who almost lost his life in a courageous counterattack against Pickett ( not Wilson lol);

Oliver Howard a fellow West Point graduate who served with me, General William T. Sherman (of red storm.com fame lol) and I believe would later help establish and be President of Howard University for Afro-American students;

and of course Col. Joshua Chamberlain of movie fame schoolteacher who galliantly defended Little Round Top against superior Confederate odds - later became a Major General and was in charge of the Appomattox surrender!

And finally at Gettysburg we had our sacred commander in chief Abe Lincoln.
So in conclusion St.Johns is not the Virginian Pickett facing such significant Union leaders in our "battle" for recruits. :cheer:

Furthermore my Dear Mr.P...
Like the Union we do not need to win all battles for recruits, just enough, our share. One or two per year.
all the best
and I might add God Bless America, imperfections and all
:)

No but Ryan Pickett was a pretty good D-lineman for GB that won Super Bowl 45. Sorry this is a "football" Sunday afterall.
