Disappointed that Kofi's list does not include SJU.

When he played with energy, his 6-foot-9 frame, athleticism and inside/out ability made him virtually impossible to stop. He's still an elite prospect, but some others have been more consistent and could pass him in the next set of rankings. If I had to bet on his recruitment, though, I would call it a race between UConn and St. John's at this point.

Didn't even think we still had a shot on this one. That's certainly surprising. Having a successful season is critical.

What list?
Two weeks ago he told me he was considering St. John's if he stays home. With Mullin and the wife back in the area I suspect he and staff will make a strong push but there are other options and getting an early commit from one may push the envelope on another.

At St. John's nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!

Funny. Well, it is a ‘potentially’ promising trend.
May still be a moon shot, but guessing our chances of scoring big with recruits in general is helped with Mully back in the East with his family.

What list is this though? Where was it posted? Weird this cryptic message wasn't even posted in Kofi's own thread.

Didn't mean to cause a stir. I looked at list of players and where they might go. I think it was a Rivals list. When I looked at Kofi, he had a list of about 10 schools and SJU was not listed. I may have made an error, sorry.
