Bushmills 16 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey

Paulaner Ranking (scale of 1-10=best): 9.0 (the 21 Year Old is a 9.5), should be consumed with a fine smooth, medium to full bodied cigar.

Don't drink and drive.

A Single Malt Irish Whiskey, you betcha.....

Bushmills makes this exceptional beverage by using "Three Wood" maturation. It is aged in a combination of American bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso sherry butts. A few months before bottling the two are combined in port pipes. What comes out of this unique process is a very complex woody single malt with hints of honey, sweet fruit, vanilla and nuts. The taste of the port subtly balances all the different flavours into an ultimate malt experience.

Buy two today and send one to me for Christmas.
